A development has to be sold before it exists, documented while it is built, and presented once it is finished. Those are three different production problems and they are usually commissioned as three disconnected budgets.
We plan them as one. Visualisation for the off-plan launch, aerial and timelapse through construction for stakeholder reporting and marketing, and photography and film at completion, with the viewpoints planned to match across all three stages.
Progress capture is the piece most developers under-use. A monthly aerial and a running timelapse serve investor reporting and programme review, and then become launch content at handover, which is usually where the cost justifies itself twice over.
Sales and leasing material needs consistency across a portfolio more than it needs any single hero image, so we shoot to a standard rather than to a mood.
