Cultural & Corporate Event Coverage

Events are unrepeatable. Coverage has to be planned like a production but executed without a second take, and delivered while the event still matters.

Who this is for

Cultural institutions, biennales and public programmes.

Conference and exhibition organisers needing coverage for press and next year's marketing.

Corporate programmes, launches and award ceremonies.

How we approach it

We plan against the run of show, so the moments that matter are covered by someone in the right position rather than caught by luck.

Turnaround is part of the brief. Coverage that arrives a week later has missed most of its value, so same-day and next-day selects are planned in.

Cultural and public programmes

Cultural events need coverage that respects the work on show. We have documented public art and cultural programming including Noor Riyadh and the Tuwaiq Sculpture programme, where the brief is as much about the installations and the audience as about the ceremony.

Conferences, exhibitions and corporate

For conferences and exhibitions the requirement is comprehensive but selective: keynote and stage coverage, delegates and networking, stand and exhibition detail, and the sponsor obligations that have to be evidenced.

We plan crew numbers against the venue and the programme rather than a flat day rate, because a multi-stage conference and a single-room launch are not the same job.

Where we work

We take event coverage commissions across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, and across Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, Medina, AlUla, NEOM and Diriyah. Travel, permits and local crew are arranged as part of the production.
